How to maintain long service life of vertical lathe ?

Vertical lathe can be divided into single column vertical lathe and double column vertical lathe. It is widely used in playing batch processing gears and wheel sets of parts roughing and semi-finishing.And It is the most ideal equipment for automobile, tractor, gear, bearing and valve manufacturers.

Then how to maintain its long service life ? Or what should worker do if they want to extend the service life of components and parts abrasion cycles, prevent all kinds of faults, improve the vertical lathe trouble-free working hours and average service life?

1 Vertical lathe should be put in constant temperature environment and be away from larger vibration equipment (such as punch) and electromagnetic interference equipment.

2 Workers should obey strictly the rules of operation and maintenance system,make a good record of regular maintenance.

3 Vertical lathe should not be long-term storage. Workers should regularly clean electric control cabinet cooling ventilation system.
