There are several elements to measure the quality of general Lathe Machine.

One point means performance,simply say that the lathe has the ability by itself,including precision, rigidity and technical level.Other points means quality,simply say that the user satisfaction in using lathe,including reliability and stability. Rigidity refers to lathe bearing load capacity and it is in direct proportion to cutting efficiency. High-rigidity lathe machine means high efficiency. The mentioned efficiency refers to removing metal volume per unit time. Large cutting depth of the knife doesn`t mean high efficiency.Small cutting depth of the knife doesn`t mean low efficiency. Stability means how long the precision and rigidity can stay.
