1 Regarding Working condition and temperature

Using the CNC Vertical Lathe Machine, recommended Working condition and temperature is as follows: temperature is below 30 degrees and the relative humidity is less than 80%. Generally,NC electric control box is equipped with internal exhaust fan or cooler to keep the electronic components clean. Too high temperature and humidity will do harm to the component, causing machine malfunctions and reduce the machine service life. As the temperature and humidity increases respectively,it will produce a lot of dust and dust will pile up in the integrated circuit plate, Causing a short-circuit easily.

2 Regarding voltage fluctuation and stability

Voltage fluctuations must be within the allowable range, and remained relatively stable. Otherwise it will affect the normal operation of CNC system.

3 About the environmental requirements of the machine position

The machine should be installed away from the vibration source, If there is vibration source close to the machine, the machine should be set up around the anti-vibration ditch. Otherwise it will directly affect the precision and stability of the machine.
