Operating procedure of vertical lathe

the operator should obey the following operating procedure when run the Lathe Machine:

1 Operators should be trained through professional training before operating the machine.

2 Operator should be familiar with the structure of performance.

3 Checks all parts, and then let the machine idle 10 minute. If there is no machine malfunction,

then you can start working.

4 When operating table, operators are not allowed to do conversion speed and rotation direction. operators are not allowed to open anti-brake.

5 When Vertical Lathe Machine is running, operators are not allowed to leave. If you must leave, please stop and turn off the power switch, and then leave.

6 After work is completed, the vertical lathe machine should be cleaned. Remember routine lubrication and maintenance .
