Preparatory work of Vertical Lathe Machine before idling test.

1 Sweep away the impurity of the inner and outer surface,keep it clean

2 Main driver should operate easily, flexibly Without blocking by hand pulling gears.

3 Check the hydraulic circuit according the lubrication system,make sure that pipe shall not have a bend phenomenon.

4 Pour the filterable oil into the oil tank, oil pool and oil cup.

5 Open the hydraulic pump, check the adequacy and Continuity of outlet, check whether the lubrication system is working properly.

6 Make sure there should not exist leakage phenomenon in the hydraulic circuit and pipe connection. Otherwise, it should be repaired before testing.
