What is the conditions to meet the requirement when using CNC Lathe Machine ?

The following three points should be observed before using CNC Lathe Machine:

First, lathe machine location environment requirements

The location of the CNC lathe should be separated from the vibration source, should avoid the direct sunlight and the impact of thermal radiation. Lathe machine should be set around the anti-vibration ditch,otherwise it will directly affect the machine tool processing accuracy, affecting the reliability of lathe machine.

Second, power requirements

Generally CNC lathe machine should be installed in the machine shop.Because there are a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment,resulting in large fluctuations in the grid, so the installation position of CNC lathe requires a strict control of the supply voltage and remain relatively steady.otherwise it will affect the normal operation of CNC system.

Third, the temperature requirement

The local power supply voltage has small fluctuations,the ambient temperature is less than 30 degrees, the relative temperature is less than 80%.

In general, CNC electronic control box is equipped with internal fan or chillers to keep electronic components. Excessive temperatures and humidity will cause the control system components to be reduced in working life,increasing failures. As the rising in temperature and humidity, there will be more and more dusts, leading to short circuits on the integrated circuit board.
