Vertical lathes are widely used in batch processing in disk sets of parts of the rough and semi-finishing. Single column VTL series means only have one column vertical lathe machine. One column vertical lathe adopts modular design and can be inside and outside the black metal, nonferrous metal and non-metallic parts, inside and outside the cylindrical surface, conical surface, any curved surface of the turning process.
Single column VTL series are gantry frame structure.Complete heat treatment process eliminates residual stresses. The structural dimensions of the parts are reasonable and the ribs are arranged enough to ensure vertical lathes have sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability. Vertical lathes combination surface is finished by manual scraping and grinding process.The workbench is floated by hydrostatic pressure. The main shaft adopts double row cylindrical roller bearings. The vertical lathe machine adopts PLC digital centralized control to achieve mechanical and electrical integration to ensure the accuracy requirements.
Single column VTL series are fit for the motor shell, wheels, valves, flanges, large motor seats, pumps and other complex parts.
