2 Parts structure and parts shape
Large parts with simple structure use sand forging or free forging; Complex Parts use forging.Small parts can adopt forging or pressure forging blanks.
3 Existing production precondition
When determining blanks, it is necessary to combine the detailed production conditions, such as the actual level and capacity of on-site raw material manufacturing, the outsourcing possibility etc.
4 Full use of new technology, new materials
To save materials and energy, improve the processing rate, machine should take full account of precision forging, precision forging, cold rolling, cold extrusion and powder metallurgy etc.
