The difference between Cnc Gantry Milling Machine and manual milling machine
CNC Gantry Milling Machine is developed on the basis of manual milling machine.Their processing technology is basically the same and structure is also similar. But CNC gantry milling machine is controlled by the automatic processing,its structure is also different from manual one.
CNC Milling Machine generally consist of numerical control system, the main drive system, feed servo system, cooling and lubrication system and other components.
1.Headstock includes the spindle box and the spindle drive system for clamping the tool and driving the tool to rotate. Spindle speed range and output torque have a direct impact on the processing.
2. The feed servo system consists of feed motor and feed actuator, according to the programmed feed rate to achieve the relative movement between the tool and the workpiece, including linear feed movement and rotary motion.
3 Auxiliary devices include hydraulic, lubrication, cooling systems and chip removal, protection and other devices.
