1 Change oil once a month after starting work. The next every three months or six months change oil at a time.

2 Check the electrical, hydraulic and operating system conditions.

In the early use of 200 hours, the workpiece weight should not exceed 50% of the work table .The cutting force should not exceed 50% of the maximum cutting force.Inclined iron plate should not be adjusted too tight.Ram should not be stretched too long.Check operating conditions frow low speed to high spped level.
