How to prevent Vertical Cnc Lathe deformation?

The thermal characteristics of Cnc Vertical Lathe are one of the important factors that affect the machining accuracy. Because the vertical lathe spindle speed, feed rate is much higher than ordinary machine tools,

And thermal deformation on the accuracy of processing is often difficult, So reduce the impact of thermal deformation should be given special attention. Commonly used measures are the following:

1 Improve the layout and structural design of CNC lathes,adopt thermal symmetrical structure,use tilt bed, flat bed and ramp structure etc.

2 Controltemperature rising: take heat, air-cooled and liquid temperature control methods on spindle box and hydrostatic hydraulic oil rails.

3 Take strong cold measures on cutting parts: when large cutting,the volume of cutting falled on the table,bed are important source of heat. Modern CNC machine tools, especially machining centers and CNC lathes generally use multi-nozzle, large flow of coolant to cool and remove these hot chips, or use cooling equipment to control the temperature rise.
