1 Personnel arrangements

For each CNC machine tool ,specialized operators, technicians and maintenance personnel is necessary. All staff must continue to improve their business skills.

2 Building regulations documents

For the specific performance of each machine tool, establish work and maintenance files, managers should regularly check, summarize and improve.

3 Daily maintenance

For each set of CNC machine tools ,operators should establish the daily maintenance plan, including maintenance content :such as lubrication, spindle lubrication, water and gas path, the temperature control, balance system, cooling system, transmission belt tension, the electrical cabinet ventilation and so on.

4 Improve the utilization rate of CNC Lathe Machine

If cnc lathe machine is idle for a long time, when using it, due to oil solidification, dust and even rust the movement of lathe machine will be affected static and dynamic transmission performance,reducing machine accuracy. Therefore, when there is no processing task in a period of time, workers should let the machine lathe keep dry running for a long time or at least let the lathe machine be charged with electricity .
