The temperature changes will affect the lathe machine?

Machine tool temperature changes by the workshop, because of motor heating and mechanical movement of friction heating, cutting heat and cooling medium,will result in uneven temperature rise.effecting Lathe Machine accuracy and precision.With rising temperature, lathe machine will lose existing adjustment accuracy,thus affecting the size of processing workpiece. while the temperature rising also makes the bearing clearance change, and thus affect processing accuracy.On the other hand,the temperature increasing makes mutual positional relationship change between parts and parts,resulting in parts of the displacement or distortion.
