When vertical lathe is working, because of various reasons,leading to upper and lower rail surface injuried, resulting in oil pressure instability, the machine can not run properly. Usually, large vertical lathe is annular flat guideway. Once scraping injury occur, it will cause damage to the entire contact surface. If users don`t repair Lathe Machine directly ,it will affect the accuracy of machine tools. In the production process, we have solved the problem: Spindle on the workbench is equipped with double row short cylindrical roller bearing, in order to assure spindle rotation accuracy. To ensure the rigidity and stability of the double column Vertical Lathe Machine, castings have been treated after strict artificial aging and vibration aging.
