Features of Gantry Machining Centers

Base, table, beam and so likes are made of high tensile cast iron by resin-san foundary, gantry frame structure, with excellent rigidity, anti-vibration and high accuracy maintaining features.

Casting has been annealed to eliminate internal stress, machine tool guide by high frequency heat treatment, grinding, to ensure that the sliding surface of the wear resistance, durable accuracy.
