Now we mainly pay attention to some of the problems in the vertical lathe processing process:
1 The production workers must check and master the rules and requirements.
2 You must add weight when use four-jaw chuck,disk, angle iron (bending plate) and other clampings to clamp irregular workpieces.
3 In the process of Cnc Vertical Lathe processing, see the drawings carefully, understand the control points, roughness and the relevant parts of the technical requirements to determine the workpiece processing technology.
4 Tooling, fixtures, tools and workpieces must be clamped firmly. Before normal operation,worker should try idling in the low speed.
5 Do not use the machine with overload.
6 In the start moving of CNC vertical lathe, confirm no obstacle and no staff walking to avoid injury. Worker should observe the position of the axis at any time and slow down the speed at the limit position.
7 In the CNC lathe operation,you are not allowed to touch the movement of the workpiece and the tool, not allowed to measure the size in the operation.
During the processing process ,carefully observe the cutting and cooling conditions, to ensure the normal operation and the quality of the workpiece.
