Processing problems in the cnc lathe turning

CNC lathe is a continuous automatic processing to complete all the turning process, it should be noted the followings:
A.Reasonably choose cutting amount.
B.Reasonably choose tools:1 When rough turning,choose high strength, good durability of tools, in order to meet the large feed requirements.2 When fine turning, choose high precision, good durability of the tool to ensure the accuracy of processing requirements. 3To reduce the tool change time,try to use Clamping tip tool holder and machine blade.
C.Reasonably choose fixture:1 as far as possible to choose general fixture to clamp workpiece, avoid to use special fixtures. 2 Make sure parts locating datum coincided to reduce the positioning error.
D.Confirm processing route:Processing route refers to movement path and direction that means tools relative to workpiece when CNC lathe processing.1 should be able to ensure processing accuracy and surface roughness requirements; 2 should reduce processing routes to reduce empty travel time of tool.
