Why vertical lathe temperature get too high? On the one hand, the abnormal parts of mechanical parts and pipe blockage and other common failures will cause the rise temperature. Therefore,excessive degree is a characteristic parameter that show mechanical failure.On the other hand,the performance of the mechanical parts is closely related to the temperature. The higher temperature will reduce performance of the parts.and even burn parts. Therefore,The temperature is also an important factor that causing equipment failure of vertical lathe.
Therefore, the temperature monitoring in the mechanical equipment fault diagnosis plays an important role. In the CNC Vertical Lathe Machine fault diagnosis and monitoring,temperature measurement methods can be divided into contact temperature and non-contact temperature measurement. Contact temperature measurement has the characteristics of fast, correct and convenient, so it is widely used in various industrial fields.
But contact temperature measurement can not meet some special occasions,such as high-voltage transmission line temperature monitoring and steel furnace temperature monitoring. For these occasions, they must use non-contact temperature measurement. The non-contact temperature measurement has the advantage of not observing the temperature field of the measured object and can measure the temperature of the moving parts. However, it can only measure the surface temperature of the system and can not measure the internal temperature.
