Our vertical lathe design adopts gantry frame, composed of a left column, a right column ,connecting beam and crossbeam lifting and driving device. The column is through the finite element analysis and optimization design.

High-precision gearbox gear and high-speed spiral bevel gear features a small shape and high precision rotation.High-quality castings had been treated by artificial aging treatment and came from the same domestic manufacturers.

Our vertical lathe design is suitable for various kinds of ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and some non machining parts made of metal material, can be completed turning the outer cylinder and inner and outer conical surface and grooving, thread and rotary surface etc.
