What are factors that affecting processing quality of CNC Lathe Machine ?

1 Dimensional tolerance:

Dimensional tolerance refers to the amount of change in the allowable size.CNC lathe accuracy test can be divided into geometric accuracy test and shape accuracy test. Working accuracy refers to in the dynamic conditions, the reflecting accuracy when processing workpiece.The main factors that affect the accuracy of cnclathe are machine deformation and vibration. Geometric precision refers to mutual position accuracy and main parts shape accuracy and position accuracy when cnc lathe is not running.

2 Metal cutting machine test is to test the machine manufacturing quality, processing properties and production capacity, mainly including idle test and load test.The idle test of lathe machine is to run machine without load, to check the operation status, temperature change, power consumption and flexibility, stability, reliability and safety of the mechanism. CNC machine tool load test is used to test the machine to carry its capacity.

3 Machining accuracy:

The machining accuracy meana that geometrical parameters (size, shape and position) match with ideal geometric parameters after processing parts.
