1. Problem: Ram off the tool when turning have the striae.

Failure Cause :Low pressure of balance cylinder, nut big clearance, pressure plate and oblique iron clearance is big.

Solution: Reasonable adjustment pressure, nut clearance, clearance of retighten clamp and oblique iron.

2 Problem: Beam don't lifting.

Failure Cause :Pressure is not enough, air switch trip.

Solution: Adjust pressure,put air switch.

3 Problem: Can't change tap position.

Failure Cause : Low oil pressure, lock lever is not regular.

Solution: Adjust the pressure, adjust the lock lever position.
