In order to extend serve life of Cnc Vertical Lathe,it is very important to maintain.Today we would like to intriduce the method of maintenance.
1 In order to maintain a good CNC vertical lathe, we should have a good understanding of Lathe Machine and its parameters. So that we can have a better understanding when do operation. Our first step to do the maintenance work is to understand the vertical lathe.
2 In the process we should also check the lathe. In the inspection process,
We should pay special attention to the operation of oil pump, but aslo check
running state of the lathe. If in the running process, vertical lathe is too dry ,it will have some impact on machine.
3 In the start of CNC vertical lathe, we should ensure the stability of machine,so that machine can keep normal operation and safety performance.
In a word,the good maintenance method can extend the use of CNC lathe time, reduce maintenance times in order to maximize the equipment.
