1 When process the threaded shaft,generally workers should process the threaded shaft firstly.

2 When process the stage shaft, in order to ensure the turning rigidity,generally workers should process the larger diameter part ,then process the small diameter part.When cut workpiece in the shaft,worker should process it before finish machining to prevent deformation of the workpiece.

3 When use cnc vertical lathe,worker should adjust relative position of the workpiece and tool.After debugging program is well workers should test turning.

4 When turning on the CNC lathe, when the knife frame is adjusted, it is not allowed to move the beam. When there are position tolerance requirement about workpiece surface, it should be completed in one fixture.

5 In the processing ,workers should pay attention to the tool wear and surface roughness of workpiece.
