How does the temperature affect Lathe Machine?
Lathe machine temperature will be effected by the workshop,the motor heating and mechanical movement of friction heating, cutting heat and cooling media. The mentioned factors will result in uneven temperature, resulting in change of machine tool accuracy. Because temperature of parts will change over time ,make it impossible to adjust accuracy of lathe, thus affecting processing accuracy.On the other hand,while the temperature rise ,the temperature of bearing clearance will change, and thus affect processing accuracy,too.
