The normal use of ordinary Lathe Machine must satisfy the following conditions:

1 Environmental requirements:

Location of lathe machine should be far away from the vibration source ,direct sunlight and thermal radiation effects and lathe machine should also avoid the impact of moisture and airflow.If vibration source is near the machine,the vibration-proof ditch should be setted around the machine tool.Otherwise it will directly affect machining accuracy and stability.

2 Power supply requirements:

Generally lathe machine is installed in machine shop. Because environmental temperature has a big change and there are a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment,resulting in large fluctuations in the power system. Therefore, the installation place of lathe machine need have strict control power supply voltage. Power supply must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise it will affect the normal work of CNC system.
