What are the reasons for the failure of a single column vertical lathe?
Fault problem 1: single column vertical lathe can not do speed regulation.
There may be some problem on lock bar limit switch,on mechanical problems or on oil pressure problems
Fault problem 2: There are vibrated stripe on outer diameter of vertical lathe.
The following reasons are below:
1 Tool is blunt and not sharp. Or the knife bar stretched too long.
2 Axis clearance is too large or too small.
3 Spindle bearing has a problem.Or the center frame is not adjusted well.
