Depending on the degree of wear or damage of Lathe Machine, it should be repaired to on different levels.These maintenance can be divided into regular scheduled repairs and unplanned day-to-day repairs.
Regular scheduled repairs include major repair,medium repair and minor repair,second-class maintenance etc
1 Major repair : it means that lathe machine is fully disintegrated,through the cleaning, inspection, measurement, processing, replacement and other means to completely eliminate the defects, re-assembly to restore the original equipment accuracy and performance.
2 Medium repair:medium repair means lathe machine is partly disintegrated, repair or replace the wear parts, correct the parts between some of the uncoordinated links to restore or maintain the accuracy of the machine and performance.
3 Minor repair: minor repair means that lathe machine is opened and checked partly to replace and repair a small amount of wear parts, to ensure accuracy and normal operation.
4 Unplanned day-to-day repairs:unplanned day-to-day repairs is mainly based on maintenance, through the adjustment, fastening, cleaning, lubrication on the machine maintenance, inspect and repair serious wear parts to restore machine accuracy and extend the service life.
