Regarding Cnc Gantry Milling Machine foundation

1 The choice of foundation

The concrete was recommended.( Mixture ratio : 1:3, Mixing up one copy cement with three copies of pebble )

The size of foundation, the size of foundation bolt should be strictly comply with the requirement of the foundation installation drawing.

2 According to foundation installation diagram, please select the appropriate space for installation tools. Installing the stability of the machine with the foundation should not adversely affect the accuracy of the machine, In order to prevent other machinery vibrations to this machine, the foundation shall have the absolute stability and good shockproof.

3 Workers should consider the following description when laying the foundations:

1 When installing the machine, there should be enough moving space to install the machine .

2 It Should provide enough space to loosen, clamp the workpiece.

3 The machine top and the crane should have 500mm space in order to install and perform maintenance on machinery.
