1 Select the processed objects

2 Selected machine specifications
According to the actual size of the workpiece, the gantry machining center determines the table size and the travel of the three linear coordinate systems. The size of the table should ensure that the workpiece can be successfully mounted on the workpiece, the processing size must be in the coordinate travel, In addition,Tool change space and interference area restrictions of coordinates should be also be considered.
3 Select the machine accuracy
According to the user's machining requirements,select the appropriate level of precision machine tools.As for mass production of parts, the actual processing accuracy may be 1.5 to twice of positioning accuracy.
4 Select the magazine capacity
Determine the required quantity based on the results of the process analysis.
5 Estimate the number of processing and the number of machine tools
According to the selected workpiece, and then analyze the process route.In the process route,select processing process and estimate processing time and auxiliary time.
