1 replace the spindle bearing and the spindle within the cone hole grinding
2 adjust hydraulic gap ,clean up oil pipeline.
Machine partly section maintenance includes:
1 Fine grinding workbench surface;
2 Fine grinding slide guide rail surface (X axis) and lathe bed guide rail surface (Y axis).Fine grinding column guideway (z-axis)
3 Adjust the clearance of each part, oil and lubrication.
4 Depending on the grinding damage, replace the ball screw.
