Vertical Cnc Lathe machine can be short for CNC vertical lathe . Its lathe spindle is perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Vertical lathe has a large diameter circular table for clamping workpiece .

It is used for processing large radial dimension and rotating surface .Usually CNC lathe usually adopt hydraulic, pneumatic and electric chucks. it is equipped with grinding attachment, driven by a separate motor to grind surface. CNC lathe is using servo motor through the ball screw to drive the slide and the tool carrier to achieve the movement.
