Vertical Cnc Lathe is a computer digital signal control machine. When the machine is operated, the programmed program is inputed to a computer, and then servo motors of each coordinate axis will be commanded by the computer to control the sequence, speed and movement, and matchs the selected spindle to turn out different shapes of the workpiece. Vertical cnc lathe can be divided into economic cnc lathes, ordinary cnc lathes and turning centers.

1 Economic cnc lathe

Economic CNC lathe is a low cost CNC lathe, the degree of automation and function are poor, turning precision is not high, is fit for not high accuracy of the rotary parts turning.

2 Ordinary cnc lathe

Ordinary CNC lathe is based on the processing requirements, specially designed on the structure and equipped with general CNC system.Its numerical control system function is strong, can simultaneously control X, Z two axes, is suitable for turning parts.

3 turning center

Turning center is based on the ordinary cnc lathe, an increase of C-axis ,milling power head and a magazine.It can control X, Z, C three axes.Due to the addition of the C-axis and the milling power head, the machining functions are greatly enhanced.In addition to general turning process,radial and axial milling, surface milling, eccentric and radial hole machining are also possible.
